Since launching his career in 1999, British DJ and producer Andy Moor has enjoyed a high level of recognition for his pioneering of techniques such as big trance bass-lines and vocal chops. Over the years, Moor has performed under a variety of aliases and with several groups, including Indigo, Lewis & Moor, Leama & Moor, Whiteroom, Tilt, and Zoo DJs. Hailed for his remixing abilities, he has produced remixes for top musicians such as Paul Oakenfold, Britney Spears, Brian Eno, Avril Lavigne, Armin Van Buuren, Tiestö , and many more.
Moor has received numerous awards and accolades. In 2007, he was nominated for a Grammy for his remix of “Angelicus” by Isabel Bayrakdarian. He has received Best Trance Track twice and Best Producer once from the International Dance Music Awards. He has also been included in DJ Magazine’s Top 100 DJs Poll every year since 2005, peaking at No. 18 in 2008.
