About Alhambra TheaterLocated in Southeast Portland, Alhambra Theater first started as a silent film theater in 1913, and ever since has grown to host more than 1,000 music acts per year.
The Alhambra Theater is 4,000 square feet of space that consists of excellent sound and lighting, four projection screens, a full bar, a VIP section, and a standing room only area. Tebbetts Lounge is also right across the hall, and is a smaller space that hosts live bands three to four nights a week.
Admission to see up-and-coming acts in Tebbetts Lounge is typically $3 to $6, while tickets into Alhambra Theater usually cost $8 and up depending on the act. All tickets can be purchased through the website.
Whether you want to host a bachelorette party, birthday party, corporate event, or charity function, Alhambra Theater and Tebbetts Lounge are both available to rent, each with its own unique features.
Alhambra Theater is open Monday through Saturday from 8pm until 1am, and has a Happy Hour until 10pm. They don’t have a coat check, and smoking is allowed only outdoors.
