Alessandro Lindblad – a Stockholm born youngster of Italian ancestry. The Swedish DJ and Producer Alesso found worldwide recognition in 2011 for his original progressive house productions along with his remixes of popular artists such as Tiestö , Avicii, Swedish House Mafia, Kaskade, Sander Van Doorn, and a variety of others. One of these remixes, “Pressure”, became one of the most played EDM songs of the year.
Since entering the scene, Alesso has garnered numerous accolades. After making DJ Magazine’s Top 100 DJs Poll at No. 70 in 2011, he leapt up to No. 20 the following year. Around the same time, he was selected to create a BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix. In 2011, Alesso was also named one of the EDM Artists to Watch in 2012 by MTV. A number of his singles have hit No. 1 on Beatport and the Billboard Dance Chart. His recent hits have included guests such as David Guetta, Tegan & Sara, and Calvin Harris.
