Described by Ferry Corsten as “one of the most talented music producers ever to come out of Russia”, Bobina has released a slew of critically applauded albums, performs all over the world, and works alongside some of the biggest names in the industry.
In 2004, Bobina released Catchy, which caught worldwide attention and went on to become the first No. 1 electronic dance album ever produced by a Russian. It wasn’t long before he caught the ears of Corsten, Paul Oakenfold, and Paul van Dyk, who made it possible for Bobina to garner releases through prominent companies in the UK. By 2007, he was named Most Rotated Artist at the Russian Dance Music Awards. The next year he released Again, which is to this day the highest and fastest selling EDM album in Russian history. In 2008, the RDMA named him Audience’s Best DJ.
Since breaking into the mainstream EDM scene, Bobina has performed at massive events around the world, such as the Winter Music Conference, Gatecrasher Summer Sound System, Trance Energy, Global Gathering, and the World DJ Festival.
Bobina debuted on DJ Magazine’s Top 100 DJs Poll in 2008 at No. 28 as the first Russian to make the list, and he has remained on it ever since.
