Carried on the wave of recent enthusiasm for Swedish EDM, dub house duo Cazzette is comprised of members Sebastian Furrer and Alexander Bjorklund, who joined forces in 2011. This musical powerhouse was completed shortly thereafter when the duo met their so-called “unofficial third member”, manager Ash Pournouri, who also manages scene giant Avicii. Cazzette began gaining prominence through their bootleg remixes of tracks for Kanye West and Swedish House Mafia before becoming a worldwide sensation thanks to the release of their official remix of Avicii’s “Sweet Dreams”. From then on the began garnering contract after contract to remix tracks for hit names such as Swedish House Mafia, Adele, and a slew of leading hip-hop artists. At the same time Cazzette found themselves touring all over the world to play many of the biggest clubs and events in the scene. In 2012, they released their debut EP called Eject exclusively through Spotify, making it the biggest debut record to ever do so.
