Gui Boratta is a producer, recording artist, composer and architect who was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil back in 1974. Despite these facts, Boratta actually started his vocation in the marketing realm back in 1993. However, as a flourishing techno colossus and imaginative talent Gui Boratto has traveled swiftly his origins in the marketing field.
A pupil of layout architecture, Gui’s first musical function started in the recording studio creating many advertisement rock and pop functions. It had not been till Gui’s self-released ’04 come out record “Royal House”, as he attracted focus for this is intersection of Latin drum components with traditional French House music.
After delivering a 2 track demo over to Kompakt back in ’05, Gui bolted to popularity with the launch of 12-inch ‘Arquipelago’ by way of “K2”, catalyzing lots of well-received tracks on labels like Plastic City, Kompakt’s Pop label and Audiomatique.
