Mungo’s HI FI

Mungo’s Hi Fi is a reggae and dub sound system based in Glasgow, Scotland. Whether catching them live or through a DJ set, the audience is treated to a refreshing take on the traditional reggae and dub sounds. Mungo’s Hi Fi have received support from UK based tastemakers Steve Lamacq and Mary Anne Hobbes and are gaining a reputation as festival favourites, performing at Glastonbury and the sun-drenched, bass-heavy giant that is Outlook. The sound system have established their own label, Scotch Bonnet records, which has seen a slew of Mungo’s Hi Fi tunes released through it, and with 4 albums to date, they have enough to tunes to get any crowd moving.
