Australian electronic dance music duo Nervo, comprised of twin’s Miriam and Olivia, were signed to Sony/ATV at the early age of 18, when they began writing songs for a variety of pop musicians, many of which received chart recognition. Three years later they found themselves signed on with Razor Boy, a small publisher in Sweden, who arranged for the duo to work on a new song with David Guetta and Kelly Rowland. The writing session resulted in the No. 1 hit “When Love Takes Over”, which topped charts all over the world, won a Grammy, and secured the twins’ reputation.
In 2010, Nervo released the single “This Kind of Love”, which hit number one on club charts everywhere. Over the course of the next year, they worked on albums for Kylie Minogue, Britney Spears, Armin Van Buuren, Cheryl Cole, and Kelly Rowland. They then put out the single “Irresistible”, which once again brought them a No. 1 hit. Shortly after that, Nervo collaborated on tracks with Afrojack and Steve Aoki, scoring more chart hits.
Since then the duo has kept busy writing and arranging tracks for A-list musicians, modeling, acting, and hosting a monthly radio show on Sirius called NERVOnation.
