Exit is an annual summer festival that takes place in an 18th century fortress by the Danube. First founded in 2000 by 3 university students, it quickly took off and has become one of the largest music festivals in Europe and has won many awards.
Each year thousands of music lovers head to the Petrovaradian Fortress of Novi Sad, Vojvodina, Serbia to take in some of the best music in the world. The festival lasts for a full 7 days and includes numerous stages and two unique venues. The Main Stage is at the very heart of the fortress, and has a capacity of more than 35,000 people.
In the last few years, the After 2AM series has become almost as popular as the festival itself. These after-hours party feature internationally renowned DJs and keep the party going until dawn. The schedule and location of each session is not released until the day of, which keeps partiers on their toes and assures everyone has an equal shot of getting in.
The official lineup of 2014 has not yet been announced, though we do know that the party starts on July 10th and rages on until July 17th.
