What do you get when you combine the best in electronic music with the best ski slopes in the world? Horizon Festival. In 2013 the festival circuit saw this new major player start to take shape over its six day festival, and the 2014 event is expected to be even more exciting. It’ll be held this year from Saturday March 8th to Friday March 14th and once again offers six full days of fun, music, and snow sports.
The 2014 lineup is an excellent combination of the names that dominate EDM, as well as some up and coming acts that a few years from now everyone will wish they’d seen ‘back in the day’. Artists include Kerri Chandler, AME, KiNK, Andreya Triana, Detroit Swindle, Bondax, Catz ‘N Dogz, Zed Bias, Roy Davis Jr., Phaeleh, and Dub Phizix Featuring Mc Strategy.
There’s a lot to be excited about this year, but one of the biggest compliments the festival received last year was its laid-back vibe. DJs felt comfortable spinning freestyle and really adding their own personal touches, while partiers had six days to spend dancing, relaxing, and enjoying everything Bulgaria has to offer.
