The Launch Festival takes place in Sacramento, California at Cesar Chavez Plaza, and it’s all about music and celebrating creativity and the arts.
While the 2014 lineup has not yet been announced, some of those from the 2013 lineup included Imagine Dragons, Rocket from the Crypt, Survival Guide, Turquoise Jeep, Penguin Prison, DJ Shaun Slaughter, Blonde Redhead, Minus the Bear, and Mister Metaphor. The festival featured 40 bands and 4 events over 5 days.
Considering the Launch Festival initially started as a one day gathering at the Green Hotel celebrating music, fashion, and the arts, they’ve come a really long way in just a few years.
Tickets are not currently on sale for the Launch Festival, but last year, general admission tickets were $85.
