Lollapalooza is the yearly celebration of sound, art and culture at Grant Park in Chicago, Illinois. Lolla boasts 115 acres of party space. Food vendors as part of “Chow Town” are featured, a variety of sponsors set up interactive tents and a whole showcase called “Green Street” is put together to promote environmental awareness among festival attendees.
Re-entry is permitted up to 5 times per day, but wristbands must be scanned upon exit. Kids under 10 years of age are free. All party-goers are subject to search upon entry. Blankets, umbrellas, soft-sided coolers and two, 1 liter factory sealed water bottles are allowed in per person. Glass containers, pets (with the exception of service dogs) and outside food and beverage is prohibited from entry. Lockers can be rented to store baggage and special needs accommodations are also available.
