Snowboxx is much more than your average music festival. It’s the ultimate snowsport and music experience, with huge main stage events right alongside slopeside parties and late season snow. It takes place in Andorra, which many have described as one of Europe’s true hidden gems. This weeklong festival brings together the best artists with a beautiful backdrop of awe-inspiring mountains.
This festival was born in 2012 and the first year brought more than 1,000 fans to the town of Arinsal and an unforgettable week was had by all. This year there are two cities – Arinsal and La Massana – which means partygoers have more to explore and tons to do. A quick bus ride gets you from one venue to another, or pick one spot and party to your heart’s content.
While some festivals focus on internationally famous acts and others focus on up and coming DJ talent, Snowboxx combines them seamlessly. Confirmed acts include Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, The 2 Bears, and Jackmaster. In total there are 2 main stages, 5 apres terrace parties, and more than 30 club parties – not to mention the snow park and back country BBQs. Other awesome activities include Andorran street food market, mountain yoga, and karaoke in gondolas.
