About BurlingtonWay back in 2007 on a stretch of Fullerton west of Kimball the Burlington opened for the very first time.
They set up store within the area hoping to fill a gaping hole within the Logan Square community by supplying affordable alcohol, good times and excellent music for strangers and friends alike.
Showcasing weekly DJs rotating a range of diverse music and both local & touring groups visiting to spend time playing the room, The Burlington has something available for everyone.
With a touch eye-like windows staring out to the pavement of Chicago, The Burlington continues to supply Logan Square with a place for all that seek out the luxuries of good times and of course great alcohol.
What to Expect:
By all accounts, Burlington is a super stylish little pub and music venue. The front bar is little, dimly lit and trendy in a Divey/Hipster way. The DJs were spin great (obscure but not abrasive) tunes along with the beers are really an average cost of beers range $2 on the lower end to $4 or $5 for nicer beers on tap and in bottles.
There is live music within the back room with a small, low to the ground stage in a cozy setting hosting a pretty nice sound system. The noise level may be described as loud and because of the close quarters, previous guests do not actually regard Burlington as a fantastic place to dance. Nevertheless, this really does not dissuade people from dancing.
The best nights to head out to Burlington are Thursday, Friday and Sunday nights. You only have to be aware of the truth you will be walking and parking as there is no off-street parking available.
