About House of Blues ChicagoFounded in 1992, the House of Blues franchise was obtained by Live Nation in November of 2006.
In House of Blues Club sites, visitors will find nearly every music genre you can possibly imagine. Rock n’ Roll, Punk, Alternative, Heavy Metal, Rap, Nation, Hip Hop, Rhythm & Blues, Jazz, Folk, Electronica and several other instances of national and local shows grace the stages.
House of Blues Chicago opened up in 1996 and is found within the historical Marina City complex on the Chicago River. Patterned after the breathtaking “Estavovski” Opera House in Prague, the astounding sights in the unique Opera Boxes are a distinctive and memorable encounter. From renowned acts, for example The Who and Al Green to modern artists for example Pearl Jam and Jurassic 5, House of Blues Chicago has been host to a number of the planet’s most celebrated music artists. In line with custom, the House of Blues Chicago shows the “Crazy Quilt” and keeps a metal box of mud belonging to the Delta Mississippi beneath its stage.

With a Touristy ambiance and casual dress code, House of Blues Chicago keeps the prices reasonable and the music pumping to keeps its guests coming back.
According to past guests, House of Blues Chicago is very loud, good for dancing and moderately priced. The general consensus is that Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights are the best nights to head out to the this spot which has valet, garage and street parking available.
