About ReefLocated in the downtown area, Reef brings a bit of the tropics to downtown Boise.
While Reef serves a variety of eats, they specialize in seafood and exotic fare. Some of the delicious food on the menu includes crab rangoon, coconut crusted shrimp, Kahlua pork sandwich, fish and chips, and Bali pad Thai. Every day, they post a picture of the lunch feature to get you in the mood for a little grub. Reservations are not required for dining.
Reef offers up a casual atmosphere, so come as you are. They feature live music, and you can view their full calendar on their site.
Past guests rave about the quality of the drinks, the reasonable prices, the good food, and the friendliness of the staff. However, they state that the music can be incredibly loud when there’s a live band playing.
Should you want to host an event, The Hemingway Room at Reef is available to rent. It can seat 35 comfortably and offers a custom menu upon request.
The Reef is open Monday and Tuesday from 11am to 11pm, Wednesday and Thursday from 11am to midnight, Friday from 11am to 2am, Saturday from 4pm to 2am, and Sunday from 4pm to 11pm. They do close for holidays.
