About Royale NightclubThe owners claim the Royale Nightclub is the only “true” mega club, and patrons are certainly in for a unique nightclub experience. The building, which was built in 1918 and operated for decades as an opera house, has been transformed into a party paradise.
The class and beauty of the original structure has been maintained, but with a very modern, chic twist. Instead of opera, you’ll find club music blasting, mixed by some of the finest DJs in the world. The décor includes sparkling crystal chandeliers, which bring the glamor of yesterday to the forefront, and special effect lighting that creates a true fantasy experience.
They’re open every Friday and Saturday from 10 PM to 2 AM, and occasionally open their doors on Thursdays and Sundays for special events. There’s a rotating list of DJs, including Pauly D, who mostly spin House, Hip-Hop, Funk, and Dance. The cover ranges from $10 – $15, beers will set you back between $6 and $10, and cocktails start at $9.
The clientele tends to be young professionals and they’re typically dressed to the nines. The club enforces a simple dress code of no ripped clothing or sandals, though dressing down may make you feel like you stick out like a sore thumb.
