About The Bar 10 DoorsThough a new establishment in Little Italy, The Bar 10 Doors is actually named after a bar in Cork, Ireland owned by one of the partners’ grandfathers. Next door to “One. Six One”, which is owned by the same group, The Bar 10 Doors is a fun little eatery with a lot of personality. Inside has a very modern lounge look with charcoal tables and a curving bar that sits below a number of yellow boards that hang from the ceiling. This decor highlights the restaurant’s casual nature. But that’s no reflection of the menu.
The Bar 10 Doors has a menu filled with recipes from all over the world. You can order scallop ceveche from Spain, sashimi from Japan or even cauliflower and curry from India. On tap are sixteen different beers to go along with it, including some American crafts.
Inside The Bar 10 Doors regularly hosts everything from live bands to karaoke to poetry nights. If the weather’s nice, they have seating for more than sixty out on the patio.
If it’s a hot summer night and you feel like a cold one, give some thought to The Bar 10 Doors. Far from the traditional Irish pub, your taste buds will be in for a treat.
