About The BarbaryFirst hitting the scene in back in 2007, The Barbary has the capacity to hold up to 200 guests and is situated in the Northern Liberties area. The Barbary is located in close proximity to the Piazza, as well as a number of the most popular shops and restaurants in Philly.
Since new ownership has taken over, The Barbary has been completely renovated and now boasts a state of the art sound system, professional lighting rig, and the a powerful AC system to keep you cool on those hot summer nights.
The BarBary is open 7 nights a week from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.
The Barbary has developed a fun, faithful, assembled in crowd at it is notorious DJ parties. However, it is now expanding into booking live bands earlier at night in order to reach an even wider audience.
Past partygoers dub The Barbary as a very affordable spot with a hipster vibe which is very loud and great for dancing. According to these past guests, the best nights to head out to The Barbary are Monday, Friday and Saturday.
