Joshua Jenkin, better-known by the moniker “Zomboy”, is a UK digital DJ and music producer.
Zomboy first showed back in 2011 with the song “Organ Donor” that was released on the “Never Say Die Records” “GameTime” album. His advent album was in top five of the Beatport dubstep graphs for more than eight weeks. By the end of the year his songs and remixes were certified to collections on music labels such as Ministry of Sound and Warner Music.
Evidently, Zomboy has received an intense several years since creating the changeover from his sound engineering back-ground into fulltime music creation, along with his dynamic rise to international acknowledgement was rather something to see.
Mentioning early divine guidance as Skrillex, Reso and Rusko, his first EP upon signing to Never-Say Die Records ‘Game Time’ smashed the Beatport graphs and resulted in the likes of Ministry of Sound and Warner Songs snapping up several of his other tracks for assorted compilations. Continuously developing his distinctive sound, Zomboy went to produce numerous remixes for musicians like DJ Clean and Flux Pavilion, clocking countless views on youtube.com and creating an ever-growing interest in his DJ sets around the globe.
Back in 2012 his song entitled “Here to Stay” which featured Lady Chann crushed the Dubstep standings both on Beatport and iTunes. Moreover, following remix albums showcased others such as Jumo Daddy, Astronaut, Delta Heavy and Buku.
In 2013, the world witnessed the victorious return of Joshua – splitting up his anxiously anticipated “Reanimated” album equally across No Tomorrow Recordings and Never Say Die Records.
